While the base fundamentals of the English language do not change, the way in which it must be implemented and carried out in each unique scenario does. By doing this, we can tailor our program to the specific needs of your group, and thus optimize learning efficiency.

We provide a progression based 5 phase program:

1. Needs Analysis
A combination of quantitative and qualitative techniques are used to develop a baseline assessment of all employees to ascertain their current skill levels in key areas of
learning.

2. Program Development
A consultative and collaborative discussion with the employer will identify specific program goals for the employees.

3. Program Delivery
Once the needs assessment and program goals have been mutually established, our experienced teaching professionals deliver the course in a one-on-one setting on-site.

4. Progress Reporting
We have developed specific criteria to measure employees' progress. The managers or supervisors will receive the results on a regular basis to ensure goals are being achieved.

5. Completion & Graduation
Students are honored at a dinner where they receive a
certificate upon completion of their
program.

Our program curriculum covers English grammar, reading, writing, pronunciation, English slang/idioms, workplace vocabulary, cultural and social skills, presentation skills and telephone skills enabling the students to improve their written and oral English. Employees whose first language is not English, often experience difficulties understanding and communicating with their colleagues and supervisors.
